Post China post packet doesnt arrive

it's now more than two months when I placed my order in ebay and I'm still waiting for china post packet tracking number 85894866337. Last information is from 12th october. Could you please help me to know what happened? Thank you very much!

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Since now 2 months have passed and you have not got the goods. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
