I made an order and was issued this tracking number by the seller but i cant track my package, can you please help!

hi i ordered from trendsgal they shipped out my order on 12/24/15 you guys still havent updated no info or no tracking number please help me find out something

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it is an invalid number. your seller has not shipped it yet. if you just got the number, wait one week and track again.
