Post Cant Identify Carrier

I bought something on Amazon. Seller sent message stating item was shipped. Carrier
HNXBPY; Tracking HL************CN

Trouble is, HNXBPY doesn't cross to any carrier when I do a search. And "HL" does not cross to any China Post tracking code. I believe HN means Hunan and the X is for Express,but Googling for "Hunan Express" only gives me a chain of Chinese take-out restaurants!

Could anyone tell me who HNXBPY is, and what the HL designates? Thank you.

HL************CN is not china post parcel. you should ask seller who is the courier.
