Haven't gotten my package in Canada and been waiting for over a month, can anyone help me please? Tracking number: RM660549737CN

This is all I Have, can anyone give me more detail?

If your parcel is arriving at Vancouver, the delay is cause by Canadian Customs.
The delays at Vancouver right now is around 6 weeks.
