Hello,
On 13th of january someone hacked my ebay account and bought an lcd panel.
The tracking number is: LX108214614CN.
I contact with the seller and ebay support.
the seller does not respond to 2 days.
Please cancel this delivery.

There is no way for either sender or recipient to cancel a parcel. All that you can do is report the fraud to the marketplace (ebay) and your credit card company so that you get your money back. It is their responsibility to protect against fraud.
