Post Bad Business Practice?

There is an aliexpress seller that lists ePacket under most of their product. When I placed an order, the seller said they were shipping via China Post, not ePacket. When I complained that their listing states they ship via ePacket, the seller said that was only for orders over $5.50 because "international shipping is so expensive" and if I want shipping via ePacket I need to order more. I am very upset. Should I open a dispute for listing a false shipping process? The seller appears to be doing this for many orders. I only ship things via ePacket because I have found other shipping processes to take too long and I feel deceived.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?
