I already texted the seller but she said its normal that china post did not update about my parcel becaye my parcel is consider international shipping. Is that might be true?

if you just got the tracking number, wait about 2 to 5 days and track again. If over 1 week and still nothing, you should open dispute.

I got the tracking number like quite a long time ago. But still cannot track it but the seller said the china post website just did not update the tracking system since it is international
