Aliexpress cannot track order:

Shall I open dispute or wait? Because it is been over 20 days and I still cannot track my order and When I search for tracking, it says : China Post has not received parcel#

Please HELP!!!

many sellers delay shipment for one week, so you need wait one week and track the parcel.

Hi,
Tracking is not found when i check for the status.
But the seller gave me the information that he has shipped and gave me this tracking..

Why it shows Status Not found ?
Has the seller really shipped or not?

Status: Not Found
Destination: Unknown
Origin: China

Please help me out.
