Post AliExpress - Buyers Beware

I have purchased 3 t-shirts on 24 April 2016. Today is already 6 June 2016. It has been more than a month, but I still haven't received the items. Besides, there is no indication that the shipment has left China. The tracking number clearly shows that the shipment has arrived at Guangzhou airport on 1 May 2016, then, left Guangzhou airport and was sent to airline on the same date. However, on 13 May 2016 the same shipment arrived at Guangzhou airport again, left Guangzhou airport and was sent to airline on the same date. On 15 May 2016 the same process happened again; the same shipment arrived at Guangzhou airport, then, left Guangzhou airport and was sent to airline on the same date. The process repeated again on 29 May 2016, 1 June 2016 and 4 June 2016; the shipment arrived at Guangzhou airport, left Guangzhou airport and was sent to airline on the same date again. So, in total the same shipment arrived at the Guangzhou airport and was sent to airline 6 TIMES during the past one month.

You can track the shipment here: http://track.track-chinapost.com/china-post/RM679884457CN.

I have filed a dispute with the seller. It was declined. Then I have forwarded the case for arbitration process with AliExpress. And guess what? It was declined. They ask me to provide proof, in photo form, that I have not received the shipment!!!

Anyone can help/show me how can I provide proof that I did not receive a shipment in photo form? Maybe AliExpress management knows how to do it. Frankly speaking, I don't.

1. Maybe you could provide them with a picture of this site:
http://www.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace#trackingIds=RM679884457CN

2. Also I suspect your parcel arrival Airport, leaving parcel center of Guangzhou many times means that the airbag with your parcel inside did not have room on the Aircraft.

3. Since your parcel is still scanning then it means, it's not lost. Before you open a dispute, did you ever ask the seller to have him phone China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out what was the problem with your parcel.

Hope this help.

Hi,

I have already asked the seller to check with China post on what's happening at Guangzhou airport. Told the seller that the majority of my shipments that went through Guangzhou airport were facing problems. But as is most of the times, the seller will ignore your messages until when you filed a dispute (since the buyer's protection is nearing an end). The best the seller could do is to extend the buyer's protection time. Don't even bother to spend some time to go check. I have even highlighted the fact that I have even received shipments from purchases made in late May 2016.

The issue is not whether the parcel is there or not. The issue is when could I expect to receive the order? That's the main point.

It has been clearly stated on AliExpress dispute page, if the buyer protection is ending, then, when buyer filed a dispute (because the buyer has not received the orders) then the buyer will be refunded and the seller will be asked to go and collect the shipment from China Post. Clear policy was written. But, they don't even follow policy and rules that they made themselves. And the seller may just extend the protection period and made us buyers to wait helplessly.

Feel for you buddy. I purchased a hard drive from AliExpress and it shows clearing custom and leaving China on March 30. To date, I have not received the item and Canada does not use the tracking number from China any more. Have spoke to both Customs in Canada and Canada Post and get no where on this side of the ocean. I was told to check the China Post Registered Air Mail and they are suppose to do an investigation into the package. Didn't find much on their website to start an investigation.

Started a dispute on AliExpress today, so I'll see where that goes.
