your parcel should have left china. normally parcel status will not change after it left china(none scan the parcel anymore). Your parcel is still in normal time frame, it might take another 2 weeks to reach your country, no need worry at this moment.

Now is rush season. Many parcels stuck in Beijing airport. I can not say you have no chance to get it before Dec 13. But based on my experience, your parcel is more likely to arrive after that date, to be more specific, after Xmas.

1. If parcels have not arrive after 60 days, then the parcels might be lost or misplace. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and try to have an arrangement with him. Or if it's possible just open a dispute.

my package RF459287667CN was accepted by carrier on 2016-11-30. The arrival time stats say that for Slovenia the longest time to arrive is 35 days. Since it's been longer than that and the package still isn't here, what do you advise me to do? Wait some more or open a dispute with the seller? Is there a way to find it if it got lost?
