Yanwen tracking number is useless. You can not verify if the parcel is really shipped or not with this kind of tracking number, let along arrival date.

Hi

I ordered something and my supplier sent me this tracking number: YC478820145YW. When I check on the site he gave me: http://track.yw**.com.cn/en-US/, it says the parcel arrived in my country South Africa on the 11th of February 2015.

Called the post office to get my local tracking number for it but they say this tracking number is invalid.

Please help. What do I do now?

YC478820145YW is not china post tracking number. it is useless. You can not verify the real shipment information with such number. You should open dispute asap.

Hi I bought a item off ebay and the seller provided me a tracking code that is Yanwen and gave me a link to go to the Yanwen english site to track it. I was really happy how it was so fast and said that at March 14 it is in my country airport. So I was really happy and I waited so I can insert the tracking code to my country is tracking site but said it was invalid so I was thinking maybe it is in customs.. So now I'm waiting until now and nothing has update in my country's tracking code when I insert the tracking code I have and in Yanwen it said it already arrived in my country is airport! Why is it taking so long? Is Yanwen just pretending that it's in Canada or is it really held back in China still?!

you should post your tracking number in order to get help.

YC536657755YW is useless number. you can not know your real shipping status. If I can not get the goods within 30 days of payment, you should open dispute.

I have purchased 2 items from Aliexpress and they have the trackings numbers as
YC476488227YW. and YC482720492YW.Anybody in india received anything through yanwen??I jave raised disputes as no idea how to track them in india..they r in india since Feb 9th as per special line YW website

Yanwen parcels are actually china post no register airmail. they can not be tracked. If you can not get the goods in 30 days, open dispute.

Priya - I have opened dispute for all of the products sent via Yanwen in dec-jan...
It is quite wired but recently I ordered few stuff with delivery address as my home address and seller sent via Yanwen (even thou they mentioned China post) and guess what all Yanwen parcel got delivered within 15-20 days faster than China post parcels too this time :) .... The orders I placed earlier were at my office commercial address ....
