hi guys
one of my parcel "tracking number RE107828885EN" coming through yavwen. it has been reached to india since 18th jan 2015 but i didn't receive it yet. Can any one help me what should i do?

Priya- for most of them I opened dispute and claimed refund... a few left, will wait for 7-10 days and open for then too

Hi,
my seller sent me my package through your service to Morocco and he gave me the tracking No. 5100037069355 to recover.
with the No. 5100037069355 I can not retrieve my package, this N° is just to keep order in your system and there is another tracking number, like this "## *** *** ** * # # "
can you give me this N° to retrieve my package.

5100037069355 is not china post tracking number.

Sir My seller sent item on 6th feb 2015 with yanwen express having tracking no. YC486299982YW, How much will it take time to reach me.
