well my experience using Yanwen ( if you don't believe me this my package RG129112275CN track it using Yanwen website).

But for your case, I afraid your tracking number is fake, because Yanwen usually using Yxxxxxx or china post tracking number (like me). So I suggest you should open dispute ASAP.

Also the bad news is China post official holiday week is from Feb 18 to Feb 26. however, most of the companies stop working from Feb 17 and back to work in early March. So don't hope so munch.

Shah - RE983451328SE is a tracking num for China Post, parcels sent via China post are delivered promptly. Normally between 14-18 days

Shah, ur earlier tracking num RG129112275CN was also China Post, all China post parcels get delivered but issue is with parcels sent via seller method which is Yanwen ..... Parcel sent via Yanwen reach India airport but no idea further to that...
