Dear all ,

I am very much fed up by the service of these co as a result till 5 months we did not get my parcel & they still not show any tracking they shoe details as under :-
Destination Country-India

2014-07-15 00:00 India Arrive at India Airport-(Yanwen's Track End)
Original Country-Yanwen［YC187563345YW］ To China Post Air Mail［YC187563345YW］

2014-07-15 00:00 BeiJing Handled by Airline,Flight No. SQ803
2014-07-14 00:00 Beijing Internationg Mail Center Prepare to Dispatch
2014-07-13 00:00 BeiJing Arrived at Beijing Internationg Mail Center
2014-07-13 00:00 Beijing Internationg Mail Center Received
2014-07-09 20:00 ShenZhen Despatched from ShenZhen Yanwen Sorting Center
2014-07-09 18:00 ShenZhen Arrived at ShenZhen Yanwen Sorting Center

what is all rubbsih & how we trust on other country for taking & purchasing goods

i request all you stop purchasing goods from foreign & espcailly which was trasit by yanweb express

Dear All,
I have two packages coming to India ordered through Yanwen, one of them shows reached India airport on 29-10-2014 and the other on 14-11-2014, neither of them has reached as yet. all other items ordered afetr these two have even reached (they were sent through china post)

there is no complaint mail id as well what to do?

YC333003285YW is not tracking number. It is useless.

OGYA49019ZGYW & YC364987046YW both of tracking numbers show they have reached india (destination country) by 29-11-2014.. almost 2months and yet i dint receive the product.. help please!

those tracking result from Yanwen make no sense. You should open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel from seller.

a lot of my stuff are stuck due to Yanwen tracking, all of them reached India airport within 3-5 days but no movement after that :(...

All are such since Dec 25 and none delivered yet to Hyderabad, when contact sellers they says its with customs pls wait and extent the purchase protection :(

hey tanveer, im also frm hyd :( been 2months today and i dint get both the parcels from yanwen, it reached on 29th nov 2014...let me know if you get ur parcels

Same time I had ordered stuff that was sent via China Post and all of those o received, nly stuff sent via Yanwen is stuck with customs for over a month now
