I am awaiting one parcel from YANWEN despatched on September 30th, 2015, which has not arrived until now, December 16th, 2015. Our Post Office Service (Correios Brasil) in Brazil can not track it and I don't know what else to do, after 77 days. Please can someone assist me. Tracking number is YF004706085 . Thank you!

MY parcel (ID15050009199881CN) shows it has been arrive at Malaysia airport on 23th December 2015 but still i have not received the product, what to do ? How i want to check at malaysia??

Can anyone help me please? I am an Indian buyer who made some transactions on Ali-express and I am awaiting for delivery.

Ordered a watch for my mother for $1.58 on 03-02-2016. Seller has shipped the order via Yanwen express with tracking number 11701132979. The last status on http://track.yw56.com.cn/en-US/ shows as follows

There is a good possibility that your parcel in lost in the mail in India.
You should contact seller and ask him to reimburse the parcel or send you another one.

You can track your parcel Yanwem on this site:
http://track.yw56.com.cn/en-US/

As soon as it reach your country you can not track it anymore.
