It's been 16 days since it left the country of origin china, but there is no update on status of shipment. Tracking number:
RY534695606CN
Last event: 04/11/2017
16:30:00
China
BEIJING
Send item abroad (EDI-received)
Air
KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Whether my parcel has arrived India or not?

RY534695606CN left china on Nov 4. normally it will travel 7 to 10 days to reach India customs, then wait about another 10 to 20 days to make import customs. After parcel is released from india customs to India Post. You will see new status.

RY534695606CN should be delayed in customs. wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it by Dec 15, open dispute for refund.
