Post Where is my package?

I ordered a package from BTS Merch on 10th November 2014, that was supposed to be shipped through China Post to India. And upon tracking the package after 2 weeks, it showed up as 'not delivered' and the last updated tracking was as below:

Destination : Unknown
Origin : China
2017-11-15 20:46
Hubei Xianning Receiving and forwarding center, has left, the next station processing center

2017-11-15 17:52
Hubei Xianning receiving and sending center, received and sent

2017-11-13 13:00
Logistics order has been created (fast selling platform)

2017-11-13 10:42
Logistics order has been created (fast selling platform)

Why hasn't the order been shipped from China? Or had it been shipped and not updated? It has been 3 months and where is the package?

it was 3 months old parcel. Normally if you can not get parcel after 3 months, the parcel has 80% chance to be lost.

the only thing you should do is to open dispute to paypal/aliexpress and claim refund for lost parcel.
