My track is RW028860781CN
The last update info is 21/11/2017 in Wuhan
It’s been 35days and there’s no change in status in chinapost website
where is my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel could not pass safety scan and was returned to shipper on Nov 21. You can not get it anymore.

You should open dispute to seller for refund.
