Hi team,
i booked on 24th Nov till now i am not received my product.Go through my tracking id it was shipped on 30nov till now not received my product.there is no update on my tracking in status it was showing shipped.how many days to wait for my product.

my tracking id: RK367889343CN

please help it.

RK367889343CN is still in Suzhou,China. It should be seriously delayed by rush season.

Open dispute to ebay/aliexpress.

Hey I have also not got my product till now it’s been more then 3 months and now I need my refund back

I haven’t recived my product till now.its been more then 3 months need refund or send product fast

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RB394000695CN shows only "shipping notice received from seller". Your seller printed out a shipping label but never actually sent you anything. Open a dispute so you can get a refund from them.

The last 3 status updates for my order all said “sent to airline”. These status updates were received on Jan 30th, Jan 31st and February 2nd.

It has been over a week since the last update Is it possible to get details on the status of my order?

RK856127208CN did not catch flight space in airline warehouse, that is why its "sent to airline" status repeat 3 times. this is normal. shipping space to Trinidad Tobacco is very limited, you probably need wait 4 to 12 weeks.

Multiple "sent to airline" messages like this usually happen when there's limited shipping space available to your country. If a parcel dispatch is given to the airline, but then handed back to China Post because there's no space left for it, this is what it looks like in tracking. Every "sent to airline" is a new attempt to send the parcel out of China.

In this case, since there are no more "sent to airline" after February 2nd, your parcel should have successfully left China on that day. :)

Transit time to Trinidad & Tobago tends to be about 40 days. While the parcel is in transit, there won't be any more updates (nobody can scan it); the next update comes when the parcel arrives in your country and TT Post scans it.
