Can you please tell me when will I receive my parcel I have ordered in on Dec 10th and the delivery was supposed to be on Jan 5th and it still shows as Send item aboard(EDI received), Air, Kolkata Airport Sorting Office. Can you please let me know if it will reach to me on time. Order ID's RN836957957CN and RG702476445CN

your parcels are still waiting airline space in china. now is busy season , you will get them by end of Jan. Once the parcel arrives India, you can see India location in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php

the parcel will be delivered by India Post. You can call India Post and see if they can help you.
