http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped anything to you. You should be cautious of fraud shipment.

Where did you buy the goods?

push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking location information in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.
