We are awaiting a mail that was sent on 20/oct/2014 via airmail No.RR876062832CN in destination to Jordan and still not received.

appreicate your urgent reply as its a top urgent documents.

the shipper should have made some mistake . RR876062832CN destination is Oman not Jordan. It was returned to shipper in Tianjin. You can not get this parcel anymore.
