you should contact your local India Post office to pickup the parcel asap. India Post is the local delivery agent of China Post parcel in India.

Contact foreign post office in dalhousie, near high court.

they have a customs department there , i have gone to that building , they check the items and then they send that to india post office.

But they always ask some money for that.....you know how customs department in india works.

Contact them you will surely get the parcel faster.

Go to dalhousie ask anybody high court then ask for foreign post office , go to first floor of the building.

Sometimes you might get wrong no or something do not worry try for sometime you will get it.

Ask them by giving your tracking no , they will help you to sort out status of your parcel, but still they also sometimes neglect the phone calls , then go to the dalhousie office you will get your parcel for sure.

The ground floor of the bulding is storehouse of all parcels coming from abroad countries.

if the parcel was returned to China by India post, you can not get the parcel anymore. China Post can not redirect the parcel to your address, not even send it back to India. If the parcel has returning address, it will return to sender, otherwise it will be sold by china government.
