I’m waiting for my package from Kazakhstan. It’s already in Shanghai for 9 days, but I still didn’t receive it. Why? When I can receive it? Please help me with any information 😉

if you are also in Shanghai and parcel has not been delivered to you over 9 days, it means the parcel has delivery problem. You should call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.

Thank you for your advice! But I still didn’t receive it. Because when I call to China post hot line,
They said that my package still in custom house. So it’s already 45 days how my package sent to me and 16 days in Shanghai and I’m a little bit nervous. So I have a question: how much time takes custom services and how long I have to wait for my package? And maximum days of china post services. Thank you!

Call 11185 or 11183 from shanghai. Only they can help you.
