Dear China Post Supporter

I would like to follow up the status of CP054555286TH destination is Chang-Chun , As I tracked and found that its stuck at Guangzhou almost 2 weeks, I got some information from local tracking system that my parcel sent wrong route to another place, and then returned back to Guangzhou again, and stuck on there.

Could you help to check the problem?

last status is
2017/11/7 19:13 Arrival Import customs GUANGZHOU

the parcel seems to be shipped to Changsha not Changchun by mistake then returned to Guangzhou. I am not sure what is the problem, You need ask receiver call china post hot line and ask redirect the parcel to Changchun.
