Hello all! Hoping to receive a bit of help and info.

So I ordered an item under the tracking number: UC250634752CN. It has been in transit since March 9 and has not arrived. I am having trouble contacting China Post with regards to the status of the shipment. The item is to be shipped in Cebu, Philippines.

The current status has not moved since March 12, which says "已Leaving parcel center【浙江义乌 Received by China Post中心】， Next stop 处理中心China Post 金华市"

UC250634752CN is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
