Hello,

I have 2 items which are shipped days ago but not updated the tracking status. Tracking numbers are

1) RK842128999CN (shipped at 2017-11-13)
2) RG666121986CN (shipped at 2017-11-14)

Why are they delayed?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both numbers are invalid. Your seller did not ship you anything. You are scammed. Where did you purchase the item?

I bought it through DhGate.com. And when I ask about it from the seller he said that because of China's double 11 shopping festival, courier parcel warehouse full and may delay the delivery time, about 7 days. Could that be true about china post ?

push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking information in next 3 days, you will open dispute to dhgate.

Same here. The seller said the parcel might reach to me a bit delayed due to rush but it has been 45 days. Still waiting
