Hi , The last status about my shipment to saudi arabia is sent to airline since 1 july , it has been 20 days when its sent to airline is that normal :( ?
& i need to recieve my items before 27 july bcz i have an occasion is that possible ?

Yeah it's normal. After it was sent to airline, it needs 3-5 weeks to arrive to KSA

I have contact the seller & he had contacted with them post office & they said my package had arrived in my country in the customs but i dont know how long but the seller contacted with post office in 23 july but there is no updates in the tracking number until now .

Track you package on saudi arabia post and you'll see where's the package now. Usually customs in Saudi Arabia takes max. 3 days to release the package.
Track you order on track-chinapost.com and see where's the package now.

I tracked it in both sites in saudi post last update in 30 june & china post last update 1 july

China post last status : sent to airline , can in 2014-07-01 14:09
Saudi post last status : 2014-06-30 15:12, Departed From OutWard office of exchange to - JEDDAH, GUANGZHOU

The seller could be telling the truth since it needs 2-4 weeks for a parcel to arrive to Saudi Arabia from the date it was sent to airline. Although China post most of the time doesn't update its system after the status "sent to airline" but I know that the Saudi Post is very fast in updating their system and it takes max. 3 days in customs.
You can wait till thr beginning of August and see what happens or contact the Saudi customs and ask if they have a package with your name.

Yea but i wonder if my package have departured from customs to the post office without updating in the website maybe bcz this day will be 3rd day in the customes?

Don't call your local post office because the package could be in the main branch. Call customer service and give them your tracking number and ask them where's your package now and if they said it's stuck on sent to airline status, ask them if they are having problems updating their system and stuff like that.
This is the only thing you can do because when the status is "sent to airline" you can't know where the package is anymore if the system doesn't update afterwards.
