Gents,

This is my second post for the same issue, I wasn't able to trace back my last post. My concern is RY23736695CN is showing "Departed country of origin" status since 21 November as per Ali express and till to date the parcel didn't arrive to Saudi Arabia.

What is delivery date in your system,or item has been lost during shipment.

Unfortunately there's no information showing in tracking about your parcel. If it hasn't arrived by now it is probably lost. :(
