Dear Sir/Mdm,

could you kindly help me to check on the status of this parcel - RL020721801CN?

The very first status was updated on 27th Sept. It has already been more than a month.

I have not been able to check on this tracking number via the Singapore Post website, as it does not exist in that system.

Could you kindly advise me on this?
Or, has this been lost?

it has some problem to pass safety check in guangzhou. is there any battery inside?

No, it is just 4 pieces of dresses that I have ordered from TaoBao.

Any idea how much longer will it take?

normally parcel will arrive Singapore within 2 to 3 weeks from Guangzhou. Your parcel seems to be lost.
