I see that my parcel with tracking code RG323709935CN
is held in MNL customs per your tracking system since March 30.

Can you tell me how I can follow up?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Manila on Mar 30. It is now in Philippines Post system. China Post does not control this parcel anymore. You can contact your local Philippines Post for delivery detail.
