if you purchase from ebay/aliexpress/paypal, login to your account, there should be some link to let you open dispute.

What happens to the products which are rejected? Are they returned back to the sender or are they scrapped ?
The shipping time is till November 1st week, I cannot open a dispute till then. I'm in a fix.

in most cases, rejected parcel will be scrapped or sold by government.
