This is my first purchase via China Post. It contains eyeglasses frame.

RC967143266CN

I am based in New Delhi. When can I get it? Any rough estimate?

RC967143266CN was shipped last week. Now parcels to India are experiencing some delay because of too many parcels stuck in Kolkata customs. You might need to wait another 2 to 5 weeks to get the goods.

Does it mean that every parcel sent by China Airmail to India goes via Kolkata?

May be next time, I would use Hong Kong Post as their parcels arrive within 7-10 days working day.

Only for kolkata city users--------

Contact foreign post office in dalhousie, near high court.

they have a customs department there , i have gone to that building , they check the items and then they send that to india post office.

But they always ask some money for that.....you know how customs department in india works.

Contact them you will surely get the parcel faster.

Go to dalhousie ask anybody high court then ask for foreign post office , go to first floor of the building.

Sometimes you might get wrong no or something do not worry try for sometime you will get it.

Ask them by giving your tracking no , they will help you to sort out status of your parcel, but still they also sometimes neglect the phone calls , then go to the dalhousie office you will get your parcel for sure.

The ground floor of the bulding is storehouse of all parcels coming from abroad countries.

Can i please know the status of the package ? Has it been shipped from China or is it stuck somewhere in India ?

The destination is New Delhi.

RI026045551CN seems to have problem to pass safety check. what is the item inside?
