They will put the money into your credit card account. That means your credit card account will have Positive Balance. Next time i.e. in the next bill they will deduct the refunded amounded with your chargable amount.
Example: June month bill is 1000rs and you have got refund of 100rs.
that means you should pay only 900 to your card issuing bank.
