RC916388684CN stuck for 6 days in customs warehouse no movement what to do ?

hi chandrus1983, have you also ordered something from this website. please share your experiences how many days was required in your case. i am from kolkata city , if it is possible share your mobile phone no i will share mine also.
please share your tracker no of item you ordered so that i can have an idea how much was needed in your case.

I have ordered from aliexpress and waiting for delivery.
i am yet to receive 3 parcels. But i have only 1 tracking number.
for the other two parcel i dont have the tracking number. If i want the tracking number of them i need to pay extra.

Here is the tracking number of the parcel which was sent to me on 13th May!

normally aliexpress suggest seller to ship parcel with tracking number and no charge for tracking number. so you should ask seller why he/she does not provide tracking number for your order.
RD083824158CN is just received by china post last week, you might need to wait another 2 to 6 weeks to get the order(depending the processing speed of india import customs).

The other two parcel are coming by Hong Kong Surface Mail
and the status of this RD083824158CN is : 19-May-2014 12:38 Departure export customs BEIJING

today 21 st may i checked in alixpess.com website it shows

so i will get refund in my credit card or which account i do not understand.

please help.
