Hello,

My Shipment from china to india is stucked on same status since 1 week now, tracker shows Send item abroad (EDI-received) .. is my Parcel Lost??? :( This is first time i am experiencing such issues and delay with EMS...Please help clear my confusion ..thanks

EA267021073CN has not cleared by India customs. please wait one or two more weeks, no need worry at this moment.

Thank you sir.. i was worried because no status updates,even no update of whether it has arrived in country or not.. but thanks for your reply,this put me at ease for now.

you can not see new status until India customs releases the parcel to India Post.

Sir,i was reading few posts related to people facing same issue like mine-- i just want to know,out of curiosity,is this rush season thing applicable in my case as well ???? because now its been like 10 days already without no updates..i contacted my local india post for the shipment,they say it hasn't arrived in india yet.. i dont know what to do.. :(
