Im sorry i had to post here but this is the only place that can help.
story is iv purchased from a seller on aliexpress shipping was via ems from china to Jordan
after seller shipped the item it show destination as Australia not Jordan
now seller says that item is in transit through Australia and not a destination.
this is first time i used ems so i have no knowledge if seller is scamming me or telling the truth. any advice is the seller telling the truth or lying and should i dispute the order
tracking number is EE746633913CN

EE746633913CN final destination is going to Australia not Jordan. You should open dispute to paypal or aliexpress and claim refund.
