http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows they were rejected by China customs for safety reason. What is the item inside?

I have told the seller, I want to open dispute, they refuse.

where did you buy the item? If you buyer from ebay/aliexpress/amazon/paypal, you can open dispute. Seller can not refuse dispute if they can not provide delivery proof of the order.
