Post PH - Stuck after release from customs?

Hello,

My parcel (RY945188901CN) seems to be stuck. The last update it has is "2018-04-11 | 11:01:00 |destination country customs 放行". I have not received any notice from my local post office about picking it up either. Please help; it's been on its way to the Philippines since March and it's been quite some time.

your parcel arrived Philippines Post office on Apr 13. Philippines Post does not make delivery, you need go to post office to pickup you parcel and pay some handling fee.
