Post Parcel stuck in custom control warehouse

Hi I have ordered a parcel via dhgate. Tracking number is RC916900443CN it has been stuck in custom warehouse for 10days. Seller is telling me that it has reached india.should I claim my refund back or should I wait for tracking status to update..plz help I had read that if parcel is stuck in warehouse for 10 days it has a problem to pass custom security check.

what is the item inside the parcel? any battery item?

It contain ecig t2 coils...no battery or liquid

RC916900443CN should be waiting for airline space in shenzhen. south china is experiencing some delay since early May. you need some more patient.
