I sent from Malaysia to China via Pos Malaysia, parcel is transferred over to China Post once it reached there. For the past month, it has been on 'out for delivery' but it wasn't delivered. I messaged the recipient and they had not received it yet, they called up China Post and told me that the deliveryman didn't want to deliver it. 😮 The recipient doesn't seem to want to manually collect it themselves from the courier...

My tracking number is CP135018438MY, I've just sent an email to China Post (in English), I hope they do respond...

They won't respond to any email, they only collect feedback that way. The only way to contact them is by calling them on 11185, in Mandarin.

It doesn't sound like your recipient wants the parcel very much, if they're not willing to go to the post office and collect it.

Damn...

I told the recipient to collect it for weeks. It's a second-hand iPad I ordered and they sent me a faulty unit, we were supposed to conduct the official refund under Taobao's system, I did this through my agent as I'm not fluent in Mandarin. The parcel is the iPad, without the seller receiving it, we can't proceed with the refund...

Guess I'll just have to keep pestering him to collect it.

Yeah, if they don't collect it, that's their problem, not yours. You made a good-faith effort to return the faulty item; that should be enough to let you win a dispute and get your money back.
