Dear Team,

This is with reference to tracking number : RG024027657CN. The oder is stuck with the last update on 1st August 2014 saying :

2014.08.01 13:59 (GMT-7): Departure from outward office of exchange.

This item does not include battery ...

I would like to know what is the status of my parcel and why it is stuck..? In case if there is a delay how many more days it would take for the order to reach me ..? I am not talking about the exact count .... you can give me approximate days.

It was a birthday gift for my brother and this delay is too long request you to update me with the status urgently.

My 3 order is also stuck in china:

And all are not updating from 1 august jst like you. My seller says that there is airline shortage thats why it takes 2-3 week more to reach...
