Hi,
I have two packages. RY538933558CN and RM279656581CN.

The first one is being updated with the same status almost everyday,
and the second one looks like it's stuck in Qingdao since early November. These are the last status updates.

RY538933558CN
2017-11-16 04:34 Airlines shipped
2017-11-16 04:24 Guangzhou Processing Center, arrival

RM279656581CN
2017-11-17 03:20 Qingdao Processing Center, the export of mutual seal (domestic transfer)
2017-11-01 15:47 Qingdao Processing Center, the export of mutual seal (domestic transfer)

Both were shipped about a month ago. Usually it doesn't take this long to arrive. Should I be concerned?

your parcel status is looping. This is a very bad sign which means it can not pass customs scan. you should open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel.
