So like most of our consignments its still stuck in Kolkata sorting office. Hope this was helpful.

No you are wrong.
Our product not stuck at Kolkata customs.
Edi received means electronic data interchange .
It means only data has been exchanged nothing else.
Product not yet shipped from Beijing.
Once Kolkata airport sorting office recieve our product they will update as " product received at exchange office ( inb) " and once product send to customs it will update as " send to customs " .

Oh ok now I got it. I didnt know what all those short forms meant. I checked on the status of my consignments and one of them ha been updated today. What does the following mean?

Does it mean it is now in Mumbai or on its way from Kolkata to Mumbai?
