I have 2 parcels comming from China to India, 2 parcels is stuck since 65 days with Send item abroad (EDI-received) tracking informasion not update yet

my tracking no. is RF036872526CN
and RI448077129CN

Hi,
My parcel with tracking number "RF032227195CN" has been stuck with event type as "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" since 18th May (almost 2 months now).
When enquired with local post in India, they said its not yet there in clearance. and when checked on "http://www.track-chinapost.com/track.php?code=RF032227195CN", the status is displayed as "Transit".
Can anyone please tell how can i make the clearance if there is any.

I also have the same problem as yours. My parcel also stuck at Kolkatta Custom Office. But I have a Solution and I did it.
At First: Lodge a Grievance against Central Board of Excise and Customs at http://pgportal.gov.in/ it will directly go the Commissioner Coordination. If you did not get any response from the Commissioner then you can either file a case or sent a Notice and seek information under RTI.

I have lodged a Grievance against Kolkatta Customs Office as well as against India Post in Ministry of Communication & Information Technology. This might work else I am going to file a case in Mumbai High Court.

If any one who want to join me in this campaign, please, write me an e-mail with all the details and screen shots. Then this case will be automatically become a Public Interest Litigation (Ganahit Yechika), and the Hon. Court has to declare its decision within one year. The problem will be sorted out once and forever...
