In that case, the only thing to do is the sender has to file a claim with their local post. When items are rejected by customs, they may be confiscated and/or destroyed at their discretion.

if parcel was shipped in Nov and you still do not get the goods, it should be lost or rejected in customs.

Hi. Also I am waiting for a parcel via china mail. I can track my parcel to where it's been delivered to the air company, but it hasn't yet arrived to Finland. How long this usually takes? I did order the same day (in early February 2015) another package of same content and it was delivered to my home yesterday. The one that did arrive was delivered as a letter, the one that's still lost ought to be bigger and might be considered as a parcel. Does this effect on the speed of which they are delivered?
I know it's just a pair of leggings that are missing, but they were so beautiful and I can't wait to try them on.. :)

if you just received one parcel, normally the other one will arrive within one or two weeks. china post parcel arrival time is not so accurate.

after that no update till now
Where is my parcel now ? when will i receive it.
