Hello there,

I am here writing this in order to know the shipment status from china to India.
I have ordered a blazer online from China but the seller is not providing tracking number, instead they only provided reference number which is CN14162951625204
Website is charging to get tracking number for the shipment.
Also its been 20 days they are saying the order was shipped. But I still didn't receive the shipment.
Can anyone please help with tracking the shipment. here are some more details about the parcel;
Seller Name : dresslilly.com
seller location : Beijing, China
Please check and let me know what assistance I can get from China post in this concern.

Hello there sweetuiam,

The tracking number you have provided us, or the seller has provided you, is not a true china tracking #. I have looked onto dresslily.com and it seems like a proffessional shop. You should probably wait a week or two more and if you still have not received the parcel or package, contact the seller, if they still don't answer, then there is one option left I can think of. If you have paid with paypal, open a dispute at their dispute center.

About the shipping time. As you might now, china post is probably the shipping carrier that takes the longest time of all the ones that are out there. This is why you have to wait a month or two sometimes for your item to arrive. Here in Sweden where I live, it sometimes takes 30-35 days if you don't have any luck at all.
