this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Hello,
Five hours ago I can track my parcel RY642882886CN but now when I try to track this message receiving
Parcel#RY642882886CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with this number!
Read this article to understand the reason and solutions.
So please what reason?
