When I went this morning to track my parcel, it said Attempt failed, and right under it: reasons: 13.
I may have been not at home, so I would like to know if there will be a second attempt and what does 13 mean.
Tracking number is: LZ213474623CN

Italy Post website shows the parcel is in "GENOVA 43 Post Office in PIAZZA SEBASTIANO GAGGERO 4 / ROSSO, Worked at the Post Office".

You need go to above post office and pickup the parcel.
