Could you please inform us about the status of this package and why it is not delivered yet, since it has leaved customs at 23 March 2018? The customer does not answer any mail of us. He will not pick up the package. If there is a possibility to return the package, that would be fine.

Yesterday PostNL contacted us to say that the parcel has been delivered at 24 March. Could you please check whether this is correct? They send us this form as evidence.

Is this a real confirmation that the parcel is delivered to the customer? I see that there is not signed below.
